Detoxify your skin and cleanse your entire respiratory system with ionized salt particles.
Salt therapy, also known as halotherapy, disperses high concentrations of pure grade Sodium Chloride (NaCl) microparticles into the air that is then inhaled deep into the lungs to naturally remove toxins, alleviate inflammation and widen airways. Non-inhaled microparticles are absorbed by the skin to improve texture and tone.
During a Dry Salt Therapy session, pure grade Sodium Chloride is heated, grounded, and crushed into microparticles. These microparticles are distributed into the air at high concentrations, which are consequently inhaled deep into the lungs. Non-inhaled microparticles are absorbed into the skin.
The bactericide and anti-inflammatory properties of dry salt particles naturally help widen airways and reduce inflammation throughout the respiratory system. Dry salt particles are ionized and act like magnetized sponges to attract non-ionized foreign substances.
Dry salt therapy naturally cleans the respiratory system, which aids in higher oxygen intake, increased energy, and an improved immune system.
Microparticles of salt absorbed by the skin helps to increase skin rigidity, stimulate new growth, and improve hair health by normalizing pH, improving microcirculation, and increasing ion channel activity of skin cells.
You are in the salt chamber for approximately 12 minutes. Total appointment time is around 20 minutes.
Everything is provided for your appointment. Just arrive in comfortable clothing.
It’s not uncommon to experience a runny nose during a session. This naturally helps remove toxins from your respiratory system. It’s common to experience better breathing. An increase in energy is common 1-2 hours after a session due to the increase in oxygen uptake by your body.
You are welcome to wear your clothes into the chamber. However, it’s recommended that you remove all clothing for the session. This is because the microparticles of salt can be absorbed by your skin to help enrich skin tone and texture. Clothing blocks the majority of salt from passing through to your skin.
The answer is… it depends! It depends on what your goal is. If you are trying to improve symptoms related to a specific condition such as COPD, asthma, or bronchitis, then a minimum frequency of 3x/week is recommended. For general health and wellness, such as improved oxygen flow and rejuvenation of the skin, 1x/week is the recommended frequency.
