Overview Of The Client Success Role

The Client Success Specialist is a part time role performs follow up calls for all online leads, drives word of mouth referrals, manages administrative tasks like monitoring membership usage, overseeing customer journey pipeline, resolving customer conflicts, and selling in store memberships and packages. You should be ready to perform a high volume of administrative tasks as well as interpersonal communication.

We are looking for a Client Success Specialist who can captain the ship of positively impacting client’s lives through delivering timely and thoughtful communication, educating on all of our state-of-the-art wellness services, and closing sales that guide each client towards their optimal plan or program.

The specific duties of a Client Success Specialist include: performing follow up sales calls for all online leads, driving word of mouth referrals, managing administrative tasks like monitoring membership usage, overseeing customer journey pipeline, resolving customer conflicts, and selling in store memberships and packages. You should be ready to perform a high volume of administrative tasks as well as interpersonal communication, including sales.

Working Environment:

This role is administratively based with approximately 90% of time spent at the front desk engaging with clients in person and by phone.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Maintaining a culture of over delivering for the client’s experience: Timely & thoughtful communication for each client as they move through their unique customer journey. Examples include: responding to email and text requests, follow up phone calls, and overseeing systematized check ins and rewards for clients at specific intervals.
  • Monitor & manage membership accounts: Get in contact with accounts that are not in good standing from payment failure, ensure all membership revisions are correctly implemented, and monitor daily transactions.
  • Educate Clients On Pricing: Educate and provide information for every client regarding membership plans and packages, while following specific sales strategies. Includes wellness membership sales, body sculpting & IV therapy plans and packages.
  • Managing client database and CRM: Accurately move clients throughout an online database pipeline, reflecting how many times they have been contacted and when their next scheduled follow up should occur.
  • Perform in store administrative tasks: Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and check out clients.
  • Improve lead flow and membership communication cadence: Identify additional opportunities to engage with clients and leads that positively impacts their life and improves membership retention rates

Required Availability:

-Must be available to work 20-30 hours a week during open hours (10-7 M-Th & 10-4 Friday, Sat)

-Must be responsive and available in the event of an emergency staffing situation.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Has 1+ years of experience working within a CRM software

-Has 1+ years of experience calling inbound leads

-Has 1+ years of experience coaching or mentoring individuals 1 on 1
